Getting Started


Welcome and thank you for subscribing to TKFP!!! You have made a decision for you and your family that will result in positive, life-changing results.

Please read and follow the guidelines below to get the most out of the Nutrition and Fitness sections of your plan.

NUTRITION

To begin, click on “Nutrition” on the main menu and be sure to open that page before scrolling down. Take just a couple minutes to read about the basic ideas behind the Nutrition portion of TKFP.

Next, scroll down to “general nutrition info”. There is quite a bit here but it is essential for at least one family member to become familiar with this information and use that knowledge to teach and guide other family members.

Use the nutrition assessment to determine your nutritional needs.

Be sure to click then on “meal planning” and open that page for your caloric tables then go on to “sample meals” and recipes.

While at “Grocery Shopping” be sure and print out your Weekly Menu and Shopping List Forms. You can also find these and other forms needed weekly at the “family page” on the main menu.

Proceed now to “Food Diary” and, again, be sure and print a copy for this week.

FITNESS

Again, be sure and click on and open “Fitness” before scrolling down for basic fitness information.

Next, scroll to “Exercises” for instruction regarding the format of your plan. It is important to take the time to read these sections and gain a better understanding of the basic premises for the entire TKFP program.

Go now to “warm-up videos” and follow the instructions in the previous section.

Proceed to “exercise videos 1″ for the exercises to be followed for the strength portion for the first 30 days.

When you finish warm ups, strength and cardio, click on “cool down videos” to end your workout.
