Walking Program
Walking is a low-impact exercise that can ease you into a higher level of fitness and health. It’s safe, simple and the health benefits are many.
Try to wear proper shoes and comfortable, protective clothing. Be sure to warm up by walking slowly for the first five minutes, stretch for a few minutes, then, at the end of your walk, cool down by walking slowly again for five minutes and stretch again.
