Your access to and use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and TKFP, if any, are superseded and of no force or effect.

BY USING OR ACCESSING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNFY AND HOLD TKFP, ITS’ DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND LICNESORS HARMLESS WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OR ANY ACTION TAKEN BY TKFP AS PART OF ITS INVESTIGATION OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR AS A RESULT OF ITS FINDING OR DECISION THAT A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS OCCURRED, THIS MEANS THAT YOU CANNOT SUE OR RECOVER ANY DAMAGES FROM TKFP, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND LICENSORS AS A RESULT OF ITS’ DECISION TO REMOVE OR REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT, TO WARN YOU, TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE OR TO TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION DURING THE INVESTIGATIONS OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OR AS A RESULT OF TKFP’S CONCLUSIOIN THAT A VIOLATIOIN OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS OCCURRED THIS WAIVER AND INDEMNITY PROVISION APPLIES TO ALL VIOLATIONS DESCRIBED IN OR CONTEMPLATED BY THIS AGREEMENT.
Revisions to Terms and Agreements
TKFP may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
MEMBERSHIP SECURITY
No Sharing
Members of TKFP may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or company. Excessive viewings or logins by any member will be construed by TKFP as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When applying for membership you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.
Fraudulent Use
TKFP reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.
Membership Billing
One-month memberships are billed monthly. All memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled. There is no minimum obligation and members may cancel anytime. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges.
Subscription fees are charged in USD currency.
Returns and Refund Policy
Full refunds for purchases can be provided only within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be made after 30 days of subscription purchases.
General Terms
Severability
If any portion of this agreement between TKFP and you is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
